Day Sixty-One
‘Max Interval Plyo’ today!
Worked out while people were hanging out in the lounge. Kind of distracting but I got cheered on at some points as well- ha. Have had more people ask me about it and say that they want to try it with me sometime.
I would try and just do another round of this once I finish but I just don’t think that I’ll have the time 6 days a week to do it....

DAY SIXTY!
‘Core Cardio and Balance!’
Kind of happy for a slower day. Got up in the morning to workout and a sister actually decided to jump in and do the last 25 minutes of it with me :)
I had to laugh inside when she said it was tough and I told her that was what we did for RECOVERY week. Haha
Officially 60 days over. So exciting!

Day Fifty-Nine
‘Max Interval Circuit’ FOR THE LAST TIME THIS ROUND. YAYYY!
I don’t particularly love this one. Many more interruptions today as more people head back, and many more people walking in being like “umm, what?” hah. Had a few people in the room at one point, and have had multiple people ask about the program and express interest in doing it :) That’s cool.

Day Fifty-Eight
‘Max Cardio Conditioning’ and ‘Cardio Abs’ back at school today.
Had to bring out a mat for some exercises instead of slipping all over the tile floor. Some interruptions as people bang on the doors to be let in. grrr. Makes a long workout even longer. Then realized immediately after I had to dash to get someplace else. I hate being rushed!
Only one more time to do this...
