Fit Test...

So, this is me after the INSANITY workout fit test. My face does not accurately represent how much I felt like death (though it is not usually that red.) The workout is 60 days on intense insane ”maximum interval training” workouts. I am terrified. Now, I haven’t been particularly in shape since high school.
